The number one fear: Posing

Did you know that nearly every client thinks they will be awkward and struggle with posing during a boudoir session?

You are not innately born with the mindset to pose yourself in a way that makes you look photogenic, especially in such an intimate and vulnerable way. There is absolutely zero expectation for anyone who steps in my studio to know what to do. It is 100% on me as your professional to guide you into flattering poses that enhance your favorite features. I will speak honestly, sometimes I try a pose and if it’s not the right fit for you, we adapt. Every woman who comes into the studio is an opportunity for me to understand a new body type, a new injury, a new insecurity and creatively work through what is the most appropriate for each individual. But it will never be up to you to figure out.

In addition to physically showing you how to post by demonstrating it for you, I will also work through your individualism with you. What you consider awkward, is probably one of your best features. What you think is unfavorable, will probably photograph fantastically. The self-love process is a journey that I welcome your boudoir experience to be a part of. Finding uniqueness in who you are and capturing it in an artistic way while allowing you the empowering experience to experiment with your own body is what makes boudoir so special.

Every woman can take a photo. Every woman can smile. Every woman can also pose sensually with guided help. Take a chance on a boudoir experience with a professional who understands the courage it takes to even research it. Just like these beautiful ladies, you won’t regret it.
